Meet Mr. Leichtfuss
I opened my law firm in 2008 to focus on my clients' needs and streamline my ability to provide value. Coming from a large firm background, I realized most of my clients don't need a law firm with several offices and hundreds of attorneys; they need an experienced, loyal business professional who answers his phone and provides sound legal solutions at competitive rates.
My practice focuses on transactional real estate law, whether for large corporate clients, local businesses, or family investors. I counsel clients on all matters related to the sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate properties, including properties with environmental and title issues. I'm also experienced in business entity formation and administration, specializing in the creation of limited liability companies for investment properties and shared vacation homes.
If you are in need of legal assistance with a real estate matter please feel free to contact me via the information below.
